Jaykay Enterprises Limited, formerly known as J.K. Synthetics Limited, is engaged in the defense and aerospace sector as well as 3D printing, design, scanning, and other related services.
The company was incorporated as J.K. Investment Trust Limited providing investment-related services. In 1960, the company moved out of the investment trust business and into the manufacture of nylon and acrylic fibers. To reflect the company's operations, the company name was changed to J.K. Synthesis Limited.
Later the company changed its name to Jaykay Enterprises Limited and changed its objects by a resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 07, 2022 to incorporate the following objects (as a new business):
Activities related to the defense and aerospace sector in order to diversify the company's activities.
Activities related to software design, maintenance, e-commerce, training, consulting and related solutions.
Design, development, manufacture, research and development of products and services in the field of technical products in various sectors.
Carrying out activities in the real estate sector.
Collaboration or technical know-how in the fields of defense, aerospace and space technologies.
The company has four subsidiaries, of which one is a material subsidiary, two are wholly owned subsidiaries, one is an associate and one is a joint venture in the form of an LLP.
