Patel Engineering was founded in 1949 and has grown into a major construction firm specializing in hydropower and irrigation projects. It build dams, bridges, tunnels, roads, industrial structures, and other heavy civil works. Over the years, the company has worked on more than 15,000 MW of hydropower projects, built over 87 dams, completed 300 km of tunnels, 4,000 meters of shaft works, more than 1,200 km of roads, and helped irrigate over 0.55 million acres.
It is a certified under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. The company also work with international partners, giving us strong technical and financial capability to bid for large infrastructure projects in sectors like hydropower, irrigation, water supply, urban development and transport.
