The Company was founded on February 5, 1996, as Gupta Fabtex Private Limited.
Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Ltd (BCFRL) operates in two different business models: Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C). The company caters to around 50 major domestic brands and retailers in various segments, including Western and Indian apparel for women, men, and children of all age groups.
Under its B2B model, BCFRL offers Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) services for various apparel requirements. Under the B2C model, BCFRL manufactures, distributes, and markets home textiles under the brand "Bella Casa", which is available in around 5,000 retail stores and online platforms.
With five manufacturing units in the Sitapura Industrial Area of Jaipur, BCFRL has a peak manufacturing capacity of 10 lakh pieces per month, supporting both apparel and home furnishing production.
