Incorporated in September 1995, Minda Industries Limited (MIL) is the flagship company of the UNO MINDA engaged in manufacturing of automotive components and solutions to original equipment manufacturers (OEM). The Company offers a range of products across various verticals of auto components. MIL has entered into agreements with different companies for four-wheeler switches, CNG/LPG kits, PV alloy wheel, LED lamps for 2 wheelers and to be a global player in automotive horns segment. As of 31st March 2020, the company has 24 Subsidiaries (including one partnership firm), four Associates (including two partnership firms) and nine Joint Ventures. MIL does not have a holding company.
