Incorporated in 1994, Exicom Tele‑Systems Limited is technology company (originally named Himachal Exicom Communications), headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana.

The company Designs, manufactures, and services DC power systems and lithium‑ion energy storage for telecom towers, data centers, and digital infrastructure in India, Southeast Asia, Africa, and beyond.

The company operates two major business verticals Critical Power Solutions and Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure. In the Critical Power segment, the company designs, manufactures, and services DC power systems and lithium-ion-based energy storage solutions. These products cater to telecom towers, data centers, and digital infrastructure across India, Southeast Asia, and Africa. The company also offers hybrid renewable-diesel systems, rectifiers, battery management systems, and backup power units to ensure seamless power continuity for mission-critical applications.

In its EV Charger Business, which began in 2019, Exicom has emerged as one of India’s leading players. It provides a wide range of EV charging solutions, including AC residential chargers and DC fast chargers tailored for residential, commercial, fleet, and public usage. The company holds a dominant market share of approximately 60% in the residential charging segment and around 25% in the public DC fast charging space as of FY23, reflecting its strong presence and early-mover advantage in the sector.

Exicom’s chargers are widely adopted by leading automotive OEMs like Mahindra, MG, and JBM, as well as key charge point operators (CPOs) such as Reliance BP Mobility and Fortum Charge & Drive.
