The Company currently has a portfolio of approximately 500 rooms and operates hospitality properties in Hyderabad, including Marriott Hyderabad and Courtyard by Marriott. Marriott Hyderabad offers 295 rooms, multiple food and beverage outlets and a 10,000 sq. ft. convention centre, while Courtyard by Marriott offers 168 rooms and two food and beverage outlets.
Viceroy Hotels focuses on operational improvement, strategic investments and value creation across its hospitality portfolio. Its investment approach includes greenfield projects, brownfield redevelopment and opportunities involving distressed assets, supported by emphasis on financial viability, location feasibility, efficient systems, customer service and sustainable operations. The Company has an ambitious objective of expanding its portfolio from the current 500 rooms to more than 10,000 rooms.
