Incorporated in 1991, Suditi Industries Limited is in the business of manufacturing fabrics and has over the years developed into a comprehensive ecosystem covering knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing and garments.

The company has three manufacturing facilities two of which are located at MIDC, TTC Industrial Area, Village, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai in the state of Maharashtra and the third at Vapi in District Valsad in the state of Gujarat.

The main objective of the company is to manufacture, buy, sell, import and export readymade garments made out of woven, knitted, felted, netted, looped or flocked fabrics made of all kinds of fibre whether natural, synthetic or man‐made and to carry on the business of manufactures, importers and exporters, wholesale and retail dealers of and in hosiery goods of every kind, nature and description for men, women and children including vests, underwear, socks, stockings, sweaters and laces.
