3. Subscription Transfers

4. Duplicate Payments

In the rare event of a technical glitch resulting in a duplicate payment for the same subscription, the client must notify us immediately. Upon verification from our payment gateway and banking partners, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original source of payment within 7 to 10 working days.

5. Discontinuation of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions. In such cases of termination due to a breach of conduct, no prorated refunds will be issued.
